Even though we're focused on the automotive aftermarket, having an automotive background isn't required. You'll start with a full 3 weeks of on-site training in a real, operating Milex TuneUp & Brakes business. During your hands-on training, you'll learn firsthand about how the business works. You'll interface with employees and customers. You'll watch the selling process in action. By the end of those 3 weeks, you'll be completely familiar with the business, inside and out. Next, you'll spend a week in classroom training, where you'll receive easy-to-understand technical training and learn to implement and follow our proven philosophy of business. The result? When your center is ready to open you'll be ready and able to take charge.
